摘要
边际效用递减规律揭示了现实生活中普遍存在的一种现象产生的原因。这一规律使得企业的货币薪酬激励措施在一定程度上失效。作为主要薪酬形式的货币,其边际效用也是递减的,因此货币薪酬激励的效果难以持久,也就是说,货币薪酬的增加不能无限地激发员工的工作热情。企业必须在选择灵活多样的货币薪酬激励方式的基础上,尽量多地采用非货币薪酬激励方式,并且注重多种薪酬激励方式的结合,从而有效应对边际效用递减规律作用下货币薪酬激励失效的问题。
The law of diminishing marginal utility reveals the real life a common phenomenon,that is,this law allows businesses monetary incentive compensation target failure,because as the main form of currency remuneration,whose marginal utility is diminishing,therefore the effect of monetary incentive pay cannot be sustained,that is,an increase in monetary compensation cannot infinitely motivate staff enthusiasm. Therefore,enterprises must choose flexible monetary compensation incentives based on using non - monetary remuneration incentives as many as possible,and focus on a variety of pay incentives combined with each other,so as to effectively respond due to the law of diminishing marginal utility as a result of enterprise monetary incentive pay failure.
