Study of the Value and Access of Students Participating in Logistics Management and Service in Higher Schools

当前,高校后勤社会化改革逐步深入。高校后勤承担着管理育人和服务育人的重要职责。让学生充分参与后勤管理与服务是高校后勤管理育人和服务育人的重要路径,具有特定价值。学生参与后勤管理与服务目前还存在一些困境,既有思想意识方面的,也有体制机制方面的。对此,要深入分析,制定对策,推动这项工作有效开展。

With the continual deepening of the reform of higher education,the degree of reform of the socialization of logistics in colleges and universities is further deepened. Acting as the double role of educating in service and logistics in higher schools,the serviceand logistics management departments letting the students participate fully in its management has become the inevitable trend of the reform and development of its logistics socialization. Based on this,this paper analyzes the value of students＇ participation in logisticsmanagement,points out the possible difficulties,and presents the way to solve the dilemma.
