The platform carries out ＂ public innovation and crowd funding platform＂ activities, in-depth mining of enterprise data and acquisition, fragmentation, shallow and even emotional information, to guide creativity- and thinking. After initial operation, employees can not only acquire knowledge and refresh their cognition, but also effectively change their cognitive mode of information superficiality, enter the state of thinking and creativity,and regain their sense of control; enterprises are interested in activities to achieve big data mining collection, and the organization of employees is born, It not only recovers the source and driving force of business development, but also forms a positive network ecology and human environment within the enterprise.
