摘要
配电网规划研究工作所需要的基础数据分散在各个不同的"数据源"之中,这些"数据源"以电网企业为主体包含国民经济相关统计数据、报批报审的待建电源和大用户、电网企业配电网基础数据和运行数据等。长期以来,困扰配电网规划的主要问题包括基础数据收资、整合、分析困难,规划项目管理无专业技术支持、完全依赖人工管理等。本文以贵州电网规划研究中心"配电网规划基础数据应用研究项目"的工程实践为基础,分析总结项目实践经验,采用多源数据信息集成技术和电网公共信息模型实现对配电网规划基础数据的全面、快速整合,提出了配电网规划基础数据分析及应用路线。该技术路线能够降低配电网规划研究工作量和工作强度,提高配电网规划数据分析的准确性,其研究成果对提升配电网规划管理和技术水平有较大作用和意义。
The basic data needed for distribution network planning and research work is scattered among different " data sources". These " data sources" are mainly related to the relevant national eeononfie statistics, power sources to be built and users are subnfitted for review and approval, the basic data and operation data of the distribution network inside the power grid enterprise. For a long time, For a long time, the main problems that have plagued distribution network planning include the difficulty of collecting, integrating and analyzing basic data, the lack of professional technical support for planning project management, and the completely dependence on manual managenlent. Based on the project practice of " application research project of basic data for distribution network planning" of Guizhou power grid planning research center,this paper analyses and smnmarizes the practical experience of the project, and adopts multi-source data information integration technology and power grid public ilfformation model to realize the comprehensive and rapid integration of basic data for distribution network planning,The basic data analysis and application route of distribution network planning are put forward. The technical route can reduce the workload and intensity of distribution network planning research and improve the accuracy of distribution network planning data analysis. The research results have a great effect and significance in improving the planning management and technical level of distribution network.
