摘要
针对带环网柜多出线的10kV电缆线路,提出一种纯电缆配电线路双端行波故障定位方法。将实际测得的故障初始行波浪涌传播至电缆线路两端的时间差值与预设的整定值比较确定故障点位于主干线还是环网柜出线域。若故障点位于环网柜出线域,则通过将实际测得的故障初始行波浪涌传播至环网柜各出线末端测量点的时间差值与预设的整定值比较,即可确定具体的故障出线。最后,根据故障点位于主干线还是环网柜出线,通过相应的双端行波测距算法计算出准确的故障点位置。仿真表明,所提出的10kV电缆线路行波故障定位方法是可行的。
For the 10 kV cable line in multiple outlet of cabinet with ring network, this paper proposed a fault location method of double end traveling wave for cable distribution lines. The time difference between the actual measured fault in itial wave surge to the two ends of the cable line was compared with a preset setting value to determine whether the fault point was located in the main line or the exit area of the ring main unit. If the fault point was located in the outgoing area of the RMU, the specific time could be determined by comparing the time difference between the actual measured initial wave of the fault to the measurement point at each end of the RMU and the preset value and the specific fault outgoing line could be determined. Finally, according to the fault point whether located on the main line or the RMU outlet, the exact lo cation of the fault point was calculated through the corresponding double-end traveling wave ranging algorithm. Simula tions showed that the proposed method of traveling wave fault location for 10 kV cable lines was feasible.
