摘要
本文设计了计及N-1安全约束的含风电场输电网扩展规划模型。为了处理规划模型中风电场和负荷出力的不确定性,采用模糊聚类法将风电场和负荷出力的数据聚类成多个确定性的运行场景,并计算不同场景出现的概率。同时,本文采用遗传算法求解所有联合运行场景中输电网扩展规划优化模型。最后,通过经改进的IEEE-24节点系统验证了本文所以模型的有效性。
This paper proposed a new transmission expansion planning methodology considering N-1 security criterion. To deal with the uncertainty of load and output power of wind farm, the fuzzy clustering method is used for determination of load and wind scenarios. The proposed methodology uses the genetic algorithm to solve the transmission network expan sion planning optimization model in all joint operation scenarios. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by the modi lied IEEE 24 bus test system.
