摘要
本文提出了一种伺服电机故障自动检测方法,通过机械方式驱动被测电机运行,测量工作电流、反电动势、输出电压以及编码器各信号并进行大小、相位关系比较,判断电机故障状态,快速锁定故障范围,提高维修效率,为企业生产的自动化、智能化提供帮助,为其他电机维修提供了方案,实现了伺服系统维修检测的自动化。
In this paper, an automatic fault detection method for servo motor is proposed, which drives the motor under test by mechanical means. This method measures the working current, back electromotive force, output voltage and en coder signals and compares the size and pahse relationship to judge the motor fault states, lastly lock the fault range, im prove the maintenance efficiency, provide assistance for the automation and intellectualization of the enterprise's produc tion, provide solutions for other motor maintenance, and realize the automation of servo system maintenance and detec tion.
