摘要
地铁车辆运行5年后辅逆主风扇控制板出现了加速老化的现象,导致其故障率呈爆发性增长。本文介绍B3型地铁车辆辅逆主风扇的架修工艺,即除了按传统方法检修外,还增加了对主风扇控制板的专项维修,并与按维护手册要求更新风扇进行成本对比。
After 5 years operation, the controlling board of main fan of auxiliary inverter was aged very fast, which leaded to failure increased very fast. Besides the traditional maintenance of main blower of auxiliary inverter,the special mainte nance of controlling board was added. The cost of implementing special maintenance and replacing the fan according to the maintenance manual were compared.
