全人源单克隆抗体制备技术的研究进展
摘要
1975年,KOHLER等[1]通过杂交瘤技术成功获得了具有抗原特异性的鼠源性单克隆抗体,从而开启了单克隆抗体开发的新纪元。单克隆抗体具有专一性高、亲和力强等特点,已成为多种人类疾病诊断及治疗的重要工具。
