摘要 人工智能正在成为引领世界发展的新兴创新驱动力,也带来了图书馆服务创新的新机遇。文章通过系统分析和借鉴大量案例,总结归纳图书馆AI服务的服务形式与未来的实践创新之路。研究发现:AI经历4次浪潮,以跨媒体感知、大数据管理、深度学习、仿生功能和语言交互等为要素;现有图书馆AI服务有6种服务形式;图书馆应从顶层设计、核心科技、专业团队、运行机制和信息安全等方面展开思考。 The development of artifcial intelligence is extremely fast. It is becoming a new driving force for innovation to lead the world development, and bringing new opportunities for library service innovation. By systematic analysis and referring to a large number of applications, this paper summarizes the service form of library AI services. Then, on this basis, we will think about future practice and innovation. The study found that (1) AI experienced 4 waves, which consists of core elements such as cross media of perception computing, intelligence management of big data, autonomous deep learning, virtual bionic function and simulation language interaction. (2) The existing library AI services mainly include 6 forms of service. (3) The library AI service should think about the way of the future development and innovation, such as the top level design, the core technology, the formation of professional team, the operation mechanism, and the information security.
