山东省科技创新与可持续发展耦合度空间差异分析 被引量:19

摘要 在探讨科技创新与可持续发展耦合协调关系的基础上,构建了科技创新与可持续发展综合评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型,对山东省17个地市科技创新与可持续发展的综合水平、耦合度、耦合协调度进行空间分析与类型划分。研究发现:青岛市位居山东省科技创新与可持续发展综合发展水平之首;山东省科技创新与可持续发展耦合总体处于拮抗阶段,呈现"双核心高地,东高西低"的空间格局;耦合协调水平处于低度协调耦合阶段,呈现"东高西低,中间高南北低"的空间格局;根据各地市的耦合度和耦合协调度可将山东省划分为高耦合中和谐地区、中耦合中和谐地区、中耦合低和谐地区和低耦合低和谐地区4种类型区。不同类型区面临的可持续发展问题不同,科技创新驱动的侧重领域也有所不同。在区域发展进程中,必须坚持科技创新与可持续发展的双向互动。 Based on the relationship of coupling coordination, this paper constructed comprehensive evaluation index system for scientific-technical innovation and sustainable development and studied the spatial pattern and type classification by using the coupling and coordinating degree model between scientific-technical innovation and sustainable development based on the comprehensive level, coupling degree, coordinating degree in 17 cities in Shandong Province. Qingdao is the highest level of scientific-technical innovation and sustainable development in Shandong Province; The coupling of scientific-technical innovation and sustainable development in Shandong Province belongs to antagonistic stage, and showing the spatial pattern of “dual core high ground, east high west low”; The coordination level belongs to the lower stage, showing the spatial pattern of “east high west low, middle high north and south low”. According to the coupling and coordinating degree of each city, it can be divided into 4 types in Shandong Province: high-coupling and medium-harmony areas, medium-coupling and medium-harmony areas, medium-coupling and low-harmony areas, low-coupling and low-harmony areas. There are significant disparities in sustainable development and scientific-technical innovation driven in different types of areas. Therefore, in the process of regional development, interaction between scientific-technical innovation and sustainable development should be adhered.
