历史建筑抢救性复建项目的探索--以上海基督教女青年会南京西路旧址为例

Exploration on the Rescue Reconstruction Project for Historic Buildings——Taking the former site of Shanghai Young Women's Christian Association in Nanjing West Road as an example

文章就历史建筑抢救性施工的拆解、运输、储存、维护、加固、修缮、保养、复建复原进行全方位的理论分析和技术研讨,运用新技术、新工艺、新手法的创新手段,结合传统修缮规程、规范进行修缮施工,提炼出独具特色的指导方法与创新理念,为今后历史建筑的拆解修复提供借鉴与参考,同时也为今后静安区张园的开发项目中发挥有效与实际的意义。

This article carries out all-round theoretical analysis and technical discussion on the dismantling, transportation, storage, maintenance, reinforcement, repair, maintenance and reconstruction during the rescue construction of historical buildings, in which the new technologies, new techniques and new methods and innovative means are used. Based on traditional repair procedures and specifcations for repairing construction, the unique guiding methods and innovative ideas are extracted to provide the reference for the dismantling and repairing of historical buildings in the future, and also play an effective and practical role in the development project of Zhang＇s Garden in Jing＇an District in the future.
