美国当代景观实践对我国城市双修的启示

Enlightenment of American Contemporary Landscape Practice on the “Double Repairs” of Chinese Cities

自20世纪改革开放以来,我国城市建设发展迅猛,特大城市渐趋凸显。城市进入存量规划之后,由于长远规划意识不足,留下诸多"城市病"亟待解决。为此,住建部提出"生态修复"和"城市修补"的城市双修战略。城市公园作为城市生态环境建设与人居环境优化的绿地空间,其规划设计已成为我国城市实现绿色发展的重要决策依据和科学指引。文章阐述了城市双修现有理论及成果,并以美国达拉斯市克莱德沃伦公园现状为例进行调研,以此解析景观改变城市的重要策略,对我国城市双修政策导向下的城市公园生态修复、活力提升及周边社区空间的营造有所借鉴参考。

Since the reform and opening up in the 20th century, China＇s urban construction has developed rapidly, and megacities have become increasingly prominent. After the city enters the stock planning, due to the lack of long-term planning awareness, many ＂urban diseases＂ are left to be solved. To this end, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development proposed a ＂double repairs＂ strategy, namely ＂ecological restoration＂ and ＂urban repair＂. As a green space for urban ecological environment construction and human living environment optimization, urban park planning and design have become an important decision-making basis and scientifc guidance for China＇s cities to achieve green development. This article expounds the existing theories and achievements of urban ＂double repairs＂, and conducts research taking the current situation of Clyde Warren Park in Dallas, USA as an example to analyze the important strategies of ＂landscape changing cities＂. It can be used as a reference for the ecological restoration of urban parks, improvement of vitality and creation of surrounding community space under the guidance of China＇s ＂double repairs＂ urban policy.
