摘要
塑料制品在工业、农业的应用十分普遍,塑料生产加工的主要设备是塑料挤出机。在塑料加工过程中对温度的控制准确度决定了产品的质量,因此该设计主要是对塑料挤出过程中的温度进行控制。主要介绍了设计方法和过程,设计了以PLC为核心,热电偶采集温度信号经变送器转换传入PLC中,在采用PID算法的温度控制系统。通过仿真软件仿真表明,该系统可以提高温度控制精度。此次系统基本满足生产要求,可以提高产品质量,并且硬件简单,具有一定的实用性。
Plastic products occupies a large proportion in people’s life and has been widely used,and plastic extruding machine is the main equipment. The accuracy of the temperature control during the plastic processing determines the quality of the product,therefore this design is mainly to control the temperature in the process of plastic extruding. This article mainly introduced the design method and process,design the PLC as the core,thermocouple acquisition of the temperature signal by the transducer convert incoming PLC,the PID algorithm in temperature control system. Through the simulation software simulation shows that the system can improve the temperature control precision. This system basically meet the production requirements,can improve the product quality,and simple hardware,has a certain practicality.
