摘要 介绍了基于西门子PLC和触摸屏的混凝土搅拌站控制系统的功能特点,重点叙述了该系统的硬件设计、程序设计及触摸屏组态。PLC作为系统的主控制器通过采集现场传感器信号来控制执行机构;触摸屏作为辅助控制器代替了按钮、开关和现场仪表,并作为人机界面实现了对混凝土的用户管理、配料配方及搅拌过程监控。搅拌站实际投入运行后表明,该系统具有操作简单,人机交互友好,自动化程度高,可靠性高,稳定性高和工作效率高,等特点。最后强调"工控机+执行机构+仪表+PLC"是未来的混凝土搅拌站的发展趋势。 Article introduces the function and characteristics of concrete mixing station control system based on Siemens PLC and touch screen. The hardware design,program design and touch screen configuration of the system are emphatically described. PLC as the main controller of the system,by collecting the field sensor signal to control the actuator. As the auxiliary controller,the touch screen replaces the button,the switch and the field instrument,and as the man-machine interface,it realizes the monitoring of the user management,ingre dient formulation and stirring process of concrete. The actual operation of the mixing station shows that the system is characterized by simple operation,friendly human-computer interaction,high degree of automation,high reliability,high stability and high efficiency.Finally,it is emphasized that "IPC+actuator+instrument+PLC" is the development trend of concrete mixing station in the future.
