摘要 针对风机传动系统的一类传感器故障问题,该文提出了一种将自适应算法与状态观测器相结合的故障估计方法,实现对系统转速传感器的故障估计。首先,建立传动系统的状态空间模型,然后根据模型设计自适应观测器,设置合适的增益矩阵和自适应调节律,同时,设计了一类根据残差信号分析的故障估计的自适应率算法,并对观测器的稳定性进行了证明。最后,通过数字仿真验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性,证明了系统具有良好的稳定性,不仅可以对系统状态进行有效估计,而且当传感器发生故障时,故障向量的估计值也可以快速准确地逼近其对应的真实值。 Aiming at a kind of sensor fault problem in the transmission system of wind turbine,a fault estimation method combining adaptive algorithm and state observer is proposed,which can realize the fault estimation of system speed sensor. Firstly,the state space model of the transmission system is established,then the adaptive observer is designed according to the model,and the appropri ate gain matrix and the adaptive regulation law are set. At the same time,a kind of adaptive rate algorithm for fault estimation based on residual signal analysis is designed,and the stability of the observer is proved. Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by digital simulation,and it is proved that the system has good stability,not only can The state of the system is estimated effectively,and when the sensor fails,the estimated value of the fault vector can quickly and accurately approach its true value.
