摘要
船舶液货舱是港口能源物流贸易交接的重要计量器具,其准确度会影响贸易双方利益。首先比较常规容量比较法、几何测量法、三维激光扫描法各自的优缺点,研究三维激光扫描法的原理和技术难点,然后重点阐述三维激光扫描法的实施步骤,最后通过实验验证三维激光扫描法的重复性和复现性,以及和传统几何法作比对实验。理论分析和实验结果表明三维激光法有着扫描速度快、劳动强度低和准确度高的优点。
Ship cargo tanks are important measurement instruments for energy logistics and trade transfer, and their accuracy will affect the interests of both parties. Firstly, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of conventional capacity comparison method, geometric measuement method and 3 D laser scanning method, studying the principle and technical difficulties of 3 D laser scanning method, then focusing on the implementation steps of 3 D laser scanning method, and finally verifying the repeatability and reproducibility of 3 D laser scanning method through experiments, as well as comparing with traditional geometric methods. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the 3 D laser method has the advantages of fast scanning speed, low labor intensity and high accuracy.
