摘要
腕式电子血压计已成为人们日常血压监测的保健助手,但对其测量数据的准确性存有疑惑,本文对此问题进行了研究,制作了人体手腕血压模拟装置,并进行了反复试验,通过对两种型号的腕式电子血压计模拟测量,结果数据具有较好的一致性,预期实现对腕式电子血压计的校准。另外本文还提出了无创动脉血压标准的概念,建议研究建立该标准,以实现全国范围量值统一。
Wrist electronic sphygmomanometer has become a health care assistant for daily blood pressure monitoring, but there are doubts about the accuracy of its measurement data. This thesis has studied this problem, wehave made a human wrist blood pressure simulation device, repeatedly conducted experiments. Through the simulation measurement of the two models of wrist electronic sphygmomanometer, the result data has good consistency,and it is expected to realize the calibration of the wrist electronic sphygmomanometer. In addition, the concept of non -invasive arterial blood pressure standard is also proposed in this thesis. It is recommended to establish this standard to achieve value uniformity nationally.
