摘要
本文对高精度电阻校准仪的功能与性能指标进行分析,包括绝对不确定度、分辨率和允许电流等指标。通过分析电阻校准仪工作原理设计系统总体方案,包括硬件电路设计方案和软件总体设计方案。硬件电路主要包括信号输入电路、数据转换电路和信号输出电路,设计了量程切换电路进行档位选择。论文给出的高精度电阻校准仪总体方案设计方法是可行的。
The function and performance index of high - precision resistance calibrator are analyzed in this paper, including absolute uncertainty, resolution and allowable current. By analyzing the working principle of the resistance calibrator, the overall scheme of the system is designed, including hardware circuit design and software overall design. The hardware circuit mainly includes signal input circuit, data conversion circuit and signal output circuit, and the range switching circuit is designed for gear selection. The overall design method of the high - precision electrical resistance calibrator is feasible.
