摘要
无线温度压力记录仪是计量高压灭菌器的主要设备,本文提出了一套适用于高温高压环境的下计量无线温度压力记录仪的装置。运用实验的方法分别复现了无线温度压力记录仪在高温高压条件下计量温度与压力以及常压下单独计量温度和常温下单独计量压力。通过分别比较其温度值、压力值与温度、压力标准器示值的偏差,验证了该方法的可行性,为今后研发高温高压下计量无线温度压力记录仪提供了一定借鉴作用。
The wireless temperature - pressure recorder was the main equipment for calibration pressure auto- claves. This paper proposes a set of equipment for measuring wireless temperature - pressure recorders under high temperature and high pressure conditions. The temperature and pressure calibration of wireless temperature - pressure recorder under high temperature and high pressure conditions, the temperature calibration under normal pressure alone and the pressure calibration under normal temperature alone were reproduced by experiment. The feasibility of this method was verified by comparing temperature and pressure with standard apparatus. It provided a reference for the future research of wireless temperature - pressure recorders under high temperature and high pressure.
