摘要
本文介绍了一种设计低噪声放大器的方法,先总体阐述了低噪声放大器的主要技术和性能指标,然后采用Agilent的ATF-54143依据低噪声放大器的各项指标进行电路的设计,并成功地完成了低噪声放大器的电路设计和PCB板的设计,在设计中,充分考虑PCB板对放大器的影响,把全波仿真数据导入电路仿真中进行协同仿真,最后的结果表明设计的低噪放完全达到设计初期的期望值。
This paper introduces a method for designing a low-noise amplifier. Firstly, the main technical and performance indicators of the low-noise amplifier are described. Then, Agilent’s ATF-54143 is used to design the circuit based on the indicators of the low-noise amplifier. The circuit design and PCB board design of the low noise amplifier are completed. In the design, the influence of the PCB board on the amplifier is fully considered, and the full wave simulation data is imported into the circuit simulation for co-simulation. The final result indicates that the designed low noise amplifier Fully meet the expectations of the initial design.
