青少年篮球基础教育中的“规则意识”培养——基于《小篮球规则》的思考

Research on the Cultivation Strategy of Education “Rule Consciousness” in Chinese Youth Basketball Foundation——Thinking Based on Small Basketball Rules

2017版《小篮球规则》中的诸多条款,突出了规则意识的重要性,体现了对青少年篮球意识培养的重视。为了更好地培养青少年篮球运动员的规则意识,应积极改革教学内容,创新教学方法,规范课堂管理,使他们在篮球课程中学会规则、懂得规则,会利用规则赢得比赛。

The terms in Small Basketball Rules of version 2017 highlight the importance of the rule consciousness and reflect the emphasis on consciousness training of youth basketball. In order to do better in cultivating consciousness of youth basketball athlete’s rules, teaching content should be actively reformed, teaching methods innovated, classroom management standardized. They learn the rules in the basketball course, know the rules, so as to use rules to win the match.
