基于“三网一库”的高校实物档案管理利用——以中国海洋大学档案馆为例

Management and Utilization of College Physical Archives Based on Three Networks and One Database——Taking the Archives of Ocean University of China as an Example

高校实物档案是高校档案的重要组成部分。档案信息化建设大背景下,如何顺应发展趋势,实现实物档案存量的信息化、增量的电子化成为亟待解决的问题。本文就档案信息化建设进程中,如何利用好单位内部的数字档案管理平台,构建实物档案数据库,从而做好局域网、校园网、互联网三种网络下高校实物档案管理及利用工作提出了解决方案。

College physical archives are an important part of archives in colleges and universities. Under the background of archival informatization construction, how to comply with the development trend, realize informatization of physical archives stock and incremental electronization becomes an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the solutions are proposed as to how to make use of the internal digital archives management platform and build the database of physical archives in the process of archival informatization construction, so as to do well in the management and utilization of college physical archives under the three networks of LAN, campus network and Internet.
