By analyzing the present situation and the technology trend＇s influence on archival profession in the big data era, the strategies to cope with the technology development＇s impact have been proposed, which are researching archives management algorithm, insisting on the coexistence of paper and electronic archives, training diverse and professional archivists, and realizing the extension of archival profession in the cultural field.
