摘要
文章针对目前高校档案馆档案利用服务水平无法进行量化的问题,利用数学模型将定性分析与定量分析相结合。从用户满意度视角将高校档案馆档案利用服务划分为用户认知、财务、业务流程和员工竞争力四个维度总计13个影响因素。文章通过层次分析法计算各因素的权重,构建了高校档案馆档案利用服务评价体系,为评价和提升档案利用服务提供了参考方法。
In view of the problem that the current university archives utilization service level can not be quantified, this article combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis by using mathematical model. From the perspective of archives user satisfaction, it divides university archives utilization service into four dimensions: user cognition, financial process, business process and employee competitiveness, all together thirteen influence factors. Evaluation system of university archives utilization service is built by the weight of above factors calculated through AHP, which provides a reference method for evaluating and improving the service of archives utilization.
