信息化背景下高校学籍档案翻译系统的开发与应用——以合肥工业大学为例

Development and Application of University Student Status Archives Translation System Under the Background of Information Technology——Taking Hefei University of Technology as an Example

随着经济全球化的发展,越来越多大学生选择出国留学深造,对英文学籍档案的需求不断增长,高校档案部门一直承担着出具中英文学籍材料的工作。在信息化背景下,如何改进和创新学籍档案翻译工作,成为高校档案馆亟待解决的问题。文章以合肥工业大学档案馆研发的出国学籍证明服务系统为例,探索学籍档案翻译工作的新机制,提高了工作效率,提升了档案工作对大数据时代的适应力。

With the development of economic globalization, more and more college students choose to go abroad for further education, and the demand for English student status archives is increasing. The archives departments in colleges and universities have been undertaking this work of presenting Chinese and English student status archives. Under the background of information technology, how to improve and innovate the translation of student status archives has become an urgent problem for the archives of colleges and universities to be solved. Taking the student status certificate system studied by Hefei University of Technology Archives as an example, this paper explores the new mechanism of the translation of student status archives, improves work efficiency and promotes the adaptability of archival work to the era of big data.
