摘要
一导言世界1/3左右的国家和地区已开始进入"老年型"社会,人口老龄化带来的"养老"问题是人类面临的一个全球性问题。在这种大背景下,一些国家采取了一系列措施鼓励有劳动能力并有劳动意愿的老年人就业,以缓解"养老"给社会带来的沉重负担以及劳动人口减少造成的经济压力。
According to international regulations,the elderly are defined as people with the age of more than 65 years old.And the age limit is 60 years old in China.Statistics show that the total population of 60 years old or above has reached210 million,in which case the problems of the elderly should be fully concerned.However,traditional sociology studies mostly focus on the problems of elderly pension while neglecting the problems of elderly employment.Recently,with the improvement of mental and physical quality of the elderly,more and more seniors have the ability and willingness to participate in the employment and reemployment,in which case the problems of elderly employment have been highlighted.This paper describes the sources of income of the elderly and the industrial distribution of the elderly employment based on China's 2010 population census data,then the problems of elderly employment are pointed out and some relevant suggestions are put forward from the perspective of Care Ethics.
