“丝绸之路经济带”背景下乌鲁木齐城市国际化水平分析及提升对策

Analysis on the Level of Urumqi's City Internationalization and Countermeasures for Improvement under the Background of "Silk Road Economic Belt"

根据伊斯坦布尔联合国伊斯坦布尔城市年会提出的城市国际化指标体系对乌鲁木齐的城市国际化水平进行评估。结合乌鲁木齐城市自身特点对原指标体系进行优化,并基于该指标体系,分别对同属于"西北五省"的省会城市的西安、银川、兰州、西宁的城市国际化水平进行横向比较分析。基于分析结果给出提升乌鲁木齐城市国际化水平的发展对策。

Urumqi＇s level of city internationalization was evaluated according to the index system of city internationalization proposed by the United Nations Annual Conference of Istanbul Cities in Istanbul.The original index system was optimized based on the characteristics of Urumqi city. Based on the index system,the internationalization levels of xi＇an,Yinchuan,Lanzhou and Xining,capital cities of the ＂five northwest provinces＂,were compared and analyzed horizontally. Based on the analysis results,the countermeasures for the improvement of Urumqi＇s city internationalization under the background of Silk Road Economic Belt are given.
