为实现中华民族伟大复兴,中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会以后,明确提出了"共享"的理念。这是中国共产党改革开放40年以来关于"分配"问题在理念上的一个重大调整,是中国共产党建国70年以来关于"分配"问题在认识上的一个重大进步,是对中国共产党建党近100年以来关于"有中国特色的革命和建设理论与实践"进行探索的一个重要补充。这将对中国民族的发展产生积极作用。

The concept of “sharing” is one of the important contents of the five great development ideas put forward by the 18 th CPC National Congress. Ordinary workers in enterprises are the practical subjects of accumulating material wealth in China;they are the progressive factors that promote the economic development of China, and are also an important part of whole people. The idea of “sharing” and “sense of gain” of ordinary workers would play a positive role in China’s economic development, labor relationship, social stability, national prosperity, people’s solidarity and the great Chinese dream.
