摘要
高校绩效和薪酬的管理是吸引和留住人才的基础,同时也是教职工迸发工作热情,取得教学成果、科研成果的重要激励力量。本文站在高校战略和整体规制的基础上,以N民族大学现行的绩效和薪酬管理体制为例,分析了我国高校在管理绩效和薪酬方面存在的不足,并提出以效率、公平和满意度为基础的管理思路、指导原则以及针对性的建议措施。
the performance and compensation management is the foundation to attract and retain talent, but also an incentive power to burst enthusiasm of the staff, making important achievements in teaching and scientific research. This paper takes University for Nationalities current performance and compensation management system as an example, analyzed the problems to our country in the management of performance and compensation, and put forward efficiency, fairness and satisfaction based management ideas as guiding principles and targeted suggestions.
