电子商务复合型人才协同培养模式研究——基于京津冀协同发展背景

Research on Collaborative Training Mode of E-commerce Compound Talents——Based on the Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

京津冀协同发展已上升为国家战略,天津要想抢抓机遇,实现新兴信息产业转移的顺利承接,加快发展电子商务是重要手段之一,而电子商务的发展离不开合格专业人才的支撑。研究基于京津冀协同发展背景下,利用协同理论针对电子商务复合型人才培养模式中存在的问题进行了分析,并从更新教学理念、改革课程体系、提升师资业务素质、改革教学模式、强化实践教学环节以及鼓励学生进行网络创业六方面探索提升电子商务专业人才培养质量的实现措施。

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development has escalated into a national strategy. If Tianjin wants to seize opportunities and realizes the smooth undertaking of the transter of emerging information industry, one of the most important methods is to accelerate the development of e- commerce. However, the development of e-commerce is inseparable from the support of qualified protessionals. Based on the background of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and synergetic theory, the article analyzes the problems existing in the training mode of compound talents in e-commerce. Moreover, the article explores the measures to improve the training quality of e-commerce protessionals in six aspects, which include updating the philosophy of education, retorming the curriculum system, improving teachers＂ quality, retorming teaching mode, reintorcing hands-on instruction, and encouraging students to start up online business.
