应用型高校拔尖人才培养的路径选择——以山西农业大学信息学院为例

The Path Selection of the Cultivation of Top-notch Talents in Application-oriented Universities——a Case Study of College of Information,Shanxi Agricultural University

为了探索应用型高校拔尖人才培养,以山西农业大学信息学院为例,阐述了应用型拔尖人才培养目标,确定了应用型拔尖人才所具备的能力和素质,基于远景学院模式提出了应用型拔尖人才培养的路径选择,通过导师制、混合寄宿制、小班授课制、多元的教学方法、灵活的考核标准以及开放式办学等方式,培养高素质应用型拔尖创新人才。

In order to explore the cultivation of top-notch talents in application-oriented universities, the College of Intormation, Shanxi Agricultural University is taken as an example to illustrate the training objectives of applied talents, determine the capabilities and qualities of top-notch applied talents, and propose the path selection of top-notch applied talents based on the college vision. The top-notch applied talents can be well cultivated through the mentor system, mixed boarding system, small class teaching system, multiple teaching methods, flexible assessment standards and open-up enrollment.
