摘要
介绍信息化环境下天津中德应用技术大学提升财务报销服务满意度的初步探索实践,即简化审签手续、引入网络报销和设立财务秘书岗位,再度挖掘借助信息化工具可以提升报销满意度的方式:引入智能叫号排队系统、无纸化网上签批环节和远程报账系统、移动终端审签和查询功能,以为报销工作服务。
This article introduces the exploration and practice of Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences to improve the satisiaction of financial reimbursement services under the infbrmation environment, which is to simplify the procedures tor signing, introduce online reimbursement, set up financial secretary position, and turther simplify reimbursement with the aid of information tools, including the introduction of intelligent calling & queuing system, online paperless signing and remote accounting system, mobile terminal auditing and query tunction.
