福尔马林治疗出血性放射性直肠炎临床分析

Clinical analysis of formalin therapy for hemorrhagic radiation proctitis

目的评价经内镜下喷洒福尔马林液治疗出血性放射性直肠炎的效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2017年7月于民航总医院消化内科住院治疗的出血性放射性直肠炎10例患者的临床资料,并检索Pubmed、EMBASE数据库1996年～2017年的相关文献,结合文献复习进行治疗效果评价。结果纳入出血性放射性直肠炎患者10例,平均年龄(71.1±6.9)岁,经过内镜下喷洒福尔马林治疗,总有效率100%。检索文献20篇,纳入病例数515,总体有效率为84.5%。经治疗后部分患者存在腹痛、腹泻、发热、里急后重、肛门疼痛、肛门溃疡、肛门狭窄、排便困难等不良反应。结论经内镜下喷洒福尔马林液治疗出血性放射性直肠炎疗效确切,不良反应发生率低。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of formalin therapy for hemorrhagic radiation proctitis under endoscope. MethodsTen patients underwent hemorrhagic radiation proctitis after receiving radiation therapy were selected from January 2013 to July 2017 in Civil Aviation General Hospital. The literatures and corresponding references were searched from EMBASE （1966 to July 2017）, Pubmed （1966 to July 2017）, and combined with literature review were used to evaluate treatment effect. ResultsTen patients of hemorrhage radiation proctitis, whose average age （71.1±6.9） years old, the total efficiency of treatment is 100%. A total of twenty trails, including 515 patients were enrolled in this study, the total effective rate of treatment is 84.5%. After treatment, some patients had adverse reactions, diarrhea, fever, abdominal pain, tenesmus, anal pain, anal ulcer, anal stricture etc. ConclusionsFormalin therapy for hemorrhagic radiation proctitis under endoscope is effect and safety.
