As the preface to Translation Quality Assessment:A Model Revisited by Professor Si Xianzhu,this article briefly summarizes and reviews the value and characteristics of the monograph.With a special focus on how the book builds on the previous research and integrates the author’s own studies,it argues that such reinterpretation can be of great value to both the academic development of individuals and the expansion of a discipline.
