摘要 实物地质资料的无损检测对于地质学研究具有十分重要的意义,X射线荧光分析谱线简单,特征性强,分析速度快,自动化程度高,广泛用于元素的定性和定量分析,可进行无损检测,有效地保护实物地质资料;在矿产普查中可以实现对异常的现场评价及追索查证;对样品制备要求非常简单,运用结果校正方法,可以得出准确的数据,手持式X射线荧光分析仪在实物地质资料岩心和岩矿石标本预研究中有着广泛的应用前景,可提升实物地质资料的利用价值及服务水平。 Nondestructive testing of geological samples for geological study is of great significance,X ray fluorescence analysis line is simple,characteristic,fast analysis,high degree of automation,widely used in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of elements,which can reduce the test cost and protect the integrity of the geological samples.Abnormal field evaluation and traceability verification can be realized in the mineral survey. The requirements for sample preparation are very simple,and the accurate data can be obtained by using the result correction method,portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometry has a wide range of application prospects in the pre-study of physical geological data cores and rock ore specimens,which can enrich the information of physical geological data and improve the utilization value and service level of geological samples.
