摘要
葡萄籽油(Grape seed oil,GSO)具有抗氧化、抗血栓、清除自由基等多种功效,广泛应用于化妆品行业,目前GSO多采用溶剂法或压榨法获得,本文比较了当前GSO常用的提取方法,包括溶剂浸提法、压榨法、超临界CO2萃取法、生物酶提取法、超声波提取法、微波辅助提取法和膨化浸出提取法等工艺过程,并对其在化妆品行业的应用进展进行综述,同时,对GSO在加工工艺过程中有效成分保护以及标准制定等方面的未来发展进行了展望。
Grape seed oil has many functions,such as antioxidant,antithrombotic and free radical scavenging,etc.It is widely used in the cosmetic industry. At present,the grape seed oil is obtained normally by extraction or pressing methods. The current extraction methods of grape seed oil were compared,including solvent extraction,pressing,supercritical CO2 extraction,biological enzyme extraction,ultrasonic extraction,microwave-assisted extraction and extraction,etc. Its application in the cosmetic industry was reviewed. The future development of effective component protection and standard formulation of grape seed oil in processing process were prospected.
