摘要 以醋酸和乙二醇反应原料,采用酸醇酯化法进行乙二醇二醋酸酯的酯化合成,考察了不同的催化剂类型及用量、不同带水剂种类及用量、反应物摩尔配比、反应时间、反应温度等因素对乙二醇二醋酸酯合成过程的影响。实验结果表明,对甲苯磺酸具有较高的催化活性,同时在酸醇摩尔比为2. 2~2. 5,催化剂加入量为总体系总质量的3%,并以醋酸丁酯为带水剂且用量为总体系的20%,在140℃下反应6 h,酯收率可达60%。 The process of esterification of ethylene glycol with acetic acid to synthesize ethylene glycol diacetate was investigated. The influence of raw material ration,catalyst,water carrying agent,time and temperature on the reaction was investigated. The results showed that p-toluene sulfonic acid had high catalytic activity,at the same time,the molar ratio of acid and alcohol was 2. 2 ~ 2. 5,the amount of catalyst added to the total system was 3%,butyl acetate was used as water agent,the dosage was 20% of the total system and reaction at 140 ℃ for 6 h,the yield of ester was about 60%.
