油田絮凝剂和混凝剂配伍性分析及评价

摘要 针对大庆油田污水成分较为复杂,絮凝剂和混凝剂用量大、成本高等特点,以大庆油田九厂龙一联污水站污水反冲洗水为研究对象,通过实验研究混凝剂和絮凝剂筛选、不同混凝剂和絮凝剂在不同加药浓度下的絮凝效果等,优选出较佳药剂,在相同的质量浓度,混凝剂GY2的除油率和去浊率最高,絮凝剂YLZ除油率和去浊率最高,对来水及反冲洗水的处理效果较好。凝剂单独使用时,来水和反冲洗水絮凝效果较好为HNLQ。絮凝剂单独使用时,来水和反冲洗水絮凝效果较好为HNLQ。 Aiming at oil wastewater complicated and the dosage and high cost property of oil-bearing sewage in DQ oilfield,the sewage was the main research objects at Longyilian United Station,through the experimental study of coagulant and flocculant screening,different coagulants and flocculants in different concentration of dosing flocculation effect,the better potions were selected,the optimal proportion of blending and conditions of flocculation were determined through flocculation experiment. At the same mass concentration,the oil removal rate and turbidity removal rate of coagulant GY2 were the highest,and the flocculant YLZ oil removal rate and turbidity removal rate were the highest.When the coagulant was used alone,the flocculation effect of water and backflush water was better than that of HNLQ.When flocculant was used alone,the flocculation of water and backflush water was better than that of HNLQ.
