摘要 多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(简称PM)是聚氨酯的重要原料之一。一般都采用液相法和GC-MS方法分析PM的2,4-MDI含量,基于NIRS(近红外)可测定物质的化学性质,建立校正模型,采用NIRS测定PM的2,4-MDI含量。相对于液相色谱法,NIRS具有分析速度快、无需前处理、不使用化学试剂和基本不产生固废的优点。采用MSA和T检验验证了测量系统和对比数据的可靠性。 Polymethylidene polyphenyl polyisocyanate( PM) is one of the important raw materials for polyurethane.In general,liquid phase method and GC-MS method are used to analyze the 2,4-MDI content of PM. Based on the chemical properties of NIRS( near infrared spectrometer),a calibration model was established and NIRS was used to determine the isomer content of PM. Compared with liquid chromatography,NIRS had the advantages of fast analysis,no pretreatment,no use of chemical reagents and no solid waste. The reliability of the measurement system and the comparison data was verified by MSA and T tests.
