摘要 本论文采用活性炭吸附-CS_2溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定实验室空气中的苯和甲苯,该法的标准曲线线性良好,苯、甲苯线性相关性系数分别为0. 9983、0. 998,加标回收率为96. 0%~104%,用本法对某实验室中苯和甲苯的含量进行测定,测定结果均低于工作场所有害因素职业接触限值的加权平均允许浓度,符合要求。该方法操作简单、准确度高、精密度好,可用于实验室空气中苯、甲苯的测定。 Desorption gas chromatography with activated charcoal adsorbing-CS_2 solvent was applied to measure the benzene and toluene in laboratory air. The linear standard curve of this method was good-fitted. The linear correlation coefficients of benzene and toluene were 0. 9983 and 0. 9980,respectively,and the standard recovery rate was 96. 0% ~104%. With this method,the concentrations of benzene and toluene in laboratory air were lower than the weighted average allowable concentration of occupational exposure limits for hazardous factors in the workplace,which met the standard.This method is simple for operation with high accuracy,and can be used for the determination of benzene and toluene in laboratory air.
