儿童产品邻苯二甲酸酯不同检测方法比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Different Testing Methods of Phthalates in Children Product

邻苯二甲酸酯作为增塑剂被广泛使用,因具有生殖毒性、致畸致癌性,世界各国纷纷出台相关法规标准对其进行限制使用。本文采用了欧盟EN14372:2004、美国CPSC-CH-C1001-09. 4及国际ISO 8124-6-2014邻苯二甲酸酯最新测试方法,对比测试玩具和儿童护理产品不同材料中邻苯二甲酸酯的含量,结果表明,有些材料前处理方法不同的测试结果差异显著,测试邻苯二甲酸酯含量时,应根据不同材料选择合适的前处理方法。

Phthalates have been widely used as plasticizer, but these compounds have reproductive toxicity,teratogenic and carcinogenic effects. So,various countries have issued relevant regulations and standards to restrict its use. By using per EN 14372： 2004,CPSC-CH-C1001-09. 4 and ISO 8124-6-2014 method B,the contents of phthalate plasticizers in different materials of toys and child care articles were analyzed. Analysis of results of comparative tests indicated that the test results of different methods of certain materials had great differences. When analyzing the contents of phthalate plasticizers in different materials of toys and child care articles,it should choose suitable methods for different materials.
