摘要
当前,大型石化企业的重心之一是加强环保工作。本文对乙烯厂大检修停车期间会产生的污水进行分析,该污水中COD、油、氨氮含量高,且大量集中排放,建议在原有污水处理设施的基础上进行流程改造,实现"污污分流",临时大容量设备储存,通过科学统筹、优化工艺处理流程,保持运行均质罐COD含量相对稳定,增加富氧曝气等相关措施,使乙烯大修停车生产的大量高浓度污水全部达标排放。
At present, one of the priorities of large petrochemical enterprises is to strengthen environmental protection. The sewage produced during the overhaul and parking of the ethylene plant was analyzed. The content of COD,oil,and ammonia nitrogen in the sewage was high,and a large amount of concentrated discharge was carried out.It was proposed to carry out process transformation on the basis of the original sewage treatment facilities and achieve"pollution diversion". Temporary large-capacity equipment was stored,and through scientific coordination and optimization of the process processing process,the COD content of the operating homogeneous tank was relatively stable,and related measures such as increasing oxygen rich aeration were increased,so that a large number of high-concentration sewage produced by ethylene overhaul and parking can be discharged into compliance.
