“工、质管融合”的高分子材料与工程人才培养体系研究

Study on Personnel Training System of Polymer Material and Engineering in Quality Management Based on Disciplinary Crossing and Integration

介绍了目前国内高分子材料与工程专业及质量管理工程专业人才培养现状,可以看出无论是高分子材料与工程专业还是质量管理工程专业,目前的人才培养体系难以达到高分子材料企业对质量管理人才的要求;根据高分子材料企业对质量管理人才的要求,确定了"工、质管融合"的高分子材料与工程专业人才培养规格,在此基础上确定了人才培养的理论教学体系及实践教学体系。

The situation of cultivating talents in Polymer Material and Engineering and Quality Management Engineering major was introduced. It was found that whether Polymer Material and Engineering or Quality Management Engineering major,the personnel training mode couldn＇t meet the needs of quality management personnel in polymer industry. Based on requirements of polymer industry,personnel training specification,theory and practice system were drafted on Polymer Material and Engineering and Quality Management Engineering with disciplinary crossing and integration.
