摘要
正念为有意识、此时此刻和不加评判的注意而产生对当下的觉知。正念训练是以正念为基础的各种干预项目的总称。归纳了正念训练干预职业倦怠的研究方法、效果比较和理论探讨:正念训练干预职业倦怠得到了足够可信的理据支持。方法上,未来应使用多维度指标测量,增加混合研究;思路上,应使用纵向和主动控制的研究设计,加大对男性、医生和心理咨询专业人员的研究;理论上,应从传统文化中汲取营养,探寻正念起效的具体机制。
Job burnout has become a more and more serious problem in China.The mindfulness training,extracted from the Oriental Buddhism,has gradually entered the mainstream of western research.Mindfulness is aware of the present,consciously,at this moment,and without judgment.Mindfulness training interventions are the general term for various interventions based on mindfulness.Mindfulness training has become an increasingly important topic for researchers to intervene in job burnout.The development process,research method,effect comparison and theoretical mechanism of mindfulness training intervention are summarized:Mindfulness Training intervention Burnout has been supported by sufficient credible evidence.Methodologically,multidimensional index measurements should be used in the future and mixed study was added to improve the quality of randomized controlled trials.In research thinking,the design of longitudinal and active control should be used and Increase the study of men,doctors,psychotherapists and counselors.Theoretically,we should draw nutrition from the traditional culture,explore specific mechanisms for mindfulness and Increase the theoretical reflection and construction.
