木姜花种子油理化指标及脂肪酸组成分析

摘要 按国家标准方法分析测定了木姜花种子油的理化指标;采用气相色谱-质谱联用方法对木姜花种子油脂肪酸组成进行了测定。结果表明:木姜花种子含油率为26. 82%;木姜花种子油相对密度为0. 928 9,折光指数为1. 482 2,酸值(KOH)为1. 92 mg/g,过氧化值为6. 20 mmol/kg,碘值(I)为190. 5 g/100 g;木姜花种子油含不饱和脂肪酸88. 96%,饱和脂肪酸11. 04%,其中α-亚麻酸含量为53. 92%,亚油酸含量为26. 61%,油酸含量为8. 22%,棕榈酸含量为7. 75%,硬脂酸含量为2. 93%,花生酸含量为0. 31%,花生一烯酸含量为0. 10%,棕榈油酸含量为0. 06%,花生二烯酸含量为0. 05%,山嵛酸含量为0. 05%。 The physicochemical index of Elsholtzia cypriani seed oil was analyzed by national standard method, and the fatty acid composition of Elsholtzia cypriani seed oil was analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC -MS ). The results showed that the oil content of Elsholtzia cypriani seed was 26.82%. The relative density, refractive index, acid value, peroxide value and iodine value of Elsholtzia cypriani seed oil were 0.928 9, 1. 482 2, 1.92 mgKOH/g, 6.20 mmol/kg and 190.5 gI/100 g, respectively. The contents of unsaturated acid and saturated acid in Elsholtzia cypriani seeds oil were 88.96% and 11.04% respectively, in which the contents of α - linolenie acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitie acid, stearic acid, arachidic acid, eieosenoate acid, palmitoleate, eicosadienoic acid and docosanoic acid were 53.92% ,26.61% , 8.22%, 7.75% , 2.93%, 0.31%, 0. 10%, 0.06% ,0.05% and 0.05% , respectively.
