摘要 世界全球化进程不断加快,新兴技术大量涌现。如何在战略性新兴产业中,快速捕捉解决关键技术问题的解决方案及其演化路径,分析未来技术创新机会等成为实现技术问题突破的重要途径。为此,本文提出了一套系统的基于SAO(subject-action-object)语义分析的技术机会分析方法模型。该方法是在通过提取文献标题及摘要中的SAO结构的基础上,识别解决新兴技术产业重大研究问题的技术方案,并构建技术路线图,追踪技术演化路径,进而识别有潜力的技术方案及技术机会。最后,选取染料敏化太阳能电池领域开展实证研究,证实了该方法的可行性和有效性,分析结论对提升染料敏化太阳能电池转化效率具有重要指导价值。 With the development of technology, a variety of emerging technology appeared. The development of emerging technology industry has become a new way to bring economic growth and one of the solutions to financial crisis. Thus, focusing on key issues of emerging technology, trying to identify the solutions to these issues and identifying the evolution path of solutions becomes more and more important. Accordingly, this paper proposed a new method to identify technology evolution path based on Subject-Action-Object semantic analysis. This method not only can make up the shortage of keyword-based method and identify solutions to key technology issue, but also can provide a clear relationship and revolution path of solutions. This is helpful for technology innovation breakthrough and decision-making of technology research & development. Finally, we choose dye sensitized solar cells technology as the empirical study to prove the feasibility and effectively of this method.
