聚焦与边缘:“十三五”以来我国“高等教育类立项课题”的主题研究

Focus and Margin: Research on the Themes of “Higher Education Research Projects” during the 13^(th) Five-year Plan

课题组运用"图悦在线"词频分析工具,以内容分析法为主,对"十三五"以来全国教育科学规划"高等教育类立项课题"进行了"分门别类"的统计分析。研究发现:"时需"是"高等教育类立项课题"的主要来源,教育领域重大现实问题和难点问题立项丰富,政策取向对"高等教育类立项课题"的主导作用凸显。"高等教育类立项课题"对贯彻落实国家教育政策、促进高等教育改革发展发挥了不可或缺的作用,但也存在高等教育学科自身建设及"社会问题焦点"立项课题相对薄弱等问题。在此基础上,课题组进行了相应的思考,以期科研能够更好地服务国家战略需求并为高等教育改革发展提供理论先导和实践支撑。

Using the Tuyue online word frequency analysis Tool and content analysis method, the research group has made a statistical analysis of the ＂Higher Education Research Projects＂ of the national during the 13th Five-year Plan. This paper found that： ＂Time demand＂ is the main source of ＂Higher Education Research Projects＂; research of major practical and difficult problems in the field of education are rich; the policy orientation plays a leading role in ＂Higher Education Research Projects＂. This showed that ＂ Higher Education Research Projects＂ have played an indispensable role in implementing the national education policy and promoting the reform and development of higher education, but there are still relatively weak in higher education discipline construction and ＂social problem focus＂ projects. On this basis, the research group has carried on the corresponding thinking, in the hope that the scientific research serves the national strategic better and provide theoretical guidance and practical support for the reform and development of higher education.
