摘要
为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于开展干部"精准化培训"有关指示精神,助力高素质专业化干部队伍能力建设,围绕干部教育"培训方式创新"研究主题,立足建构主义"学习是知识建构"这一基本命题,以行动学习为主线,从设计理念、实现路径与实践探索三个方面进行学理探究与经验总结,选取中央民族干部学院为案例,提炼归纳出短项目与长项目的创新模式,得出若干启示,认为干部培训方式创新需要跨学科、大视野,探求形式与深度的结合,强化行动学习理念与方法,为提高干部培训针对性和实效性提供参考路径。
Based on the fundamental principle of " learning is knowledge construction" from constructivism perspective, this paper focuses on cadre training method innovation, takes "action learning" as the main thread, and summarizes experiences and lessons from three aspects: designing concept, realization path and practice exploration. This paper takes the case study of the Central Institute of Ethnic Administrators, summarizes and refines different innovation modes for the short-term program and long-term program. Based on the above practice, this paper suggests that innovation of cadre training method requires interdisciplinary knowledge and panoramic view, and it needs to practice and strengthen the " action learning" method, which can improve the effectiveness of cadre training.
