Construction of Basic Public Service Performance Indicator System of People’s Livelihood

文章基于国内民生类基本公共服务绩效指标体系研究的缺陷,依据指标构建的三大基本要求和三个阶段性步骤,运用Pearson相关系数和区分度分析的技术优化方法,最终建立了3类民生9个领域里的政府基本公共服务绩效评价指标体系。

Based on the shortcomings of the research on the performance index system of the basic public services related to people＇s livelihood in China,and according to the three basic requirements and three steps of the index construction,this paper uses the technical optimization method of Pearson correlation coefficient and discrimination analysis to establish the performance evaluation index system of government basic public services in 9 areas of 3 categories of people＇s livelihood.
